Deep Reach Magnetic Separator – DRS

DRS Deep Reach Separator series features two deep-field parallel plate magnets designed to effectively remove tramp iron from heavy flows of material. This series is versatile, handling materials of any size, from fine powders to large lumps up to 80 mm. It excels in capturing tramp iron from both fine and dusty materials.

Design and Operation:

  • Magnetic Plates: Installed on two parallel sides within the housing to attract and hold ferrous tramp iron on the magnetic surfaces
  • Stripper Drawer: Features a quick-release design for efficient cleaning
  • Self-cleaning models feature: Stripper drawer or Magnetic Plates equipped with an air-actuated drive for easy operation. The housing includes a flap gate to carry out captured items during release
