GRM Grate Magnetic Separator series is designed for installation in closed chutes and ducts, providing effective separation of fine and weakly ferromagnetic particles from granular and free-flowing materials. Ideal for high-flow applications, GRM separators enhance material contact with magnetic bars through configurations that can include multiple trays.

Key Features:

  • Tray Design: Available in mild steel or stainless steel, with options for manual, semi-self-cleaning, and automatic self-cleaning mechanisms
  • Cleaning Methods:
    • Manual: Trays slide out from the side door for easy manual cleaning
    • Semi-Self-Cleaning: Collection sleeves slide out to remove extracted iron particles from stationary magnetic bars. As the sleeves clear the magnets, the iron falls away
    • Automatic Self-Cleaning: Pneumatic actuators remove trays through a cleaning device, discharging ferrous contaminants into the designated area
