Magnetic Separators – CMS

CMS Cone Magnetic Separator series protect processing machinery and purifies raw material by capturing tramp Iron contamination in vertical flow systems. This magnetic separator is utilized for grain, powder and bulk, plastic and chemical industries. CMS Cone magnet will be located in line of the material trajectory, so material has to be free flown and granular type. In order to easily access to the Cone in the manual cleaning type, a permanent Magnetic Cone is placed on the door of housing. In the self-cleaning design, the electrical magnetic Cone is used and housing will be equipped to a flap gate to carry out captured items while releasing.
